Healthy Turkey Taco Meat

This Healthy Turkey Taco Meat is sure to become a family favorite! It's easy, it's tasty and no one will guess just how healthy! Cheers to Taco Tuesday!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Ground Turkey
  • 2 cups Frozen Riced Cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp Cumin, ground
  • 1 ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika (can use smoked if you'd like)
  • 1 tsp Oregeno, dried
  • 1-2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Lime
  • Cilantro, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat large pan on Medium/medium-high
  2. Add Oil when pan is warm
  3. Saute Ground Turkey and Riced Cauliflower for 5 min, breaking up the cauliflower pieces
  4. Add all seasonings, mix well
  5. Saute meat mixture for 5-8 minutes, until all pink is gone and cooked through
  6. Taste Taco Meat, add more cumin or salt if so desired
  7. Squeeze Lime and mix together
  8. Garnish with Cilantro, if desired
  9. Enjoy now or use as meal prep all week!

Notes

Leftovers are great as tacos, salads, taco-bowls, etc.
