Ground Turkey

Frozen Riced Cauliflower

Cumin, ground
1 ½
tsp
Salt

tsp
Black Pepper, ground
1
tsp
Garlic Powder
1
tsp
Paprika
(can use smoked if you'd like)

tsp
Oregeno, dried
1-2
tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1
Lime
Cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
Heat large pan on Medium/medium-high
Add Oil when pan is warm
Saute Ground Turkey and Riced Cauliflower for 5 min, breaking up the cauliflower pieces
Add all seasonings, mix well
Saute meat mixture for 5-8 minutes, until all pink is gone and cooked through
Taste Taco Meat, add more cumin or salt if so desired
Squeeze Lime and mix together
Garnish with Cilantro, if desired
Enjoy now or use as meal prep all week!
Notes
Leftovers are great as tacos, salads, taco-bowls, etc.
